  • Everyone loses their powers and are made to look human.  The only exception is Yukari Yakumo, where she is only able to open gaps and nothing else.
  • Everyone arrives at the city through a portal Yukari left open.
  • While Gensokyo citizens can go to Kyoto and back easily, those native to Kyoto must get spirited away first in a topic with Yukari. PM Yukari Yakumo with a list of people you also want in the topic (ask them first) and Yukari will start a topic about it.
